Personal care under the NDIS should feel steady and predictable. All Rounder Care supports participants in Bertram, Rockingham, Mandurah, and surrounding suburbs with grooming, showering, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting assistance that follows your preferences and any advice from your treating clinicians.
We plan transfers, equipment, and privacy screens before the shift starts, and we pause whenever you need a break.
What is involved
After an initial conversation, we document how you like tasks completed — water temperature, order of dressing, preferred products, and whether you want music or quiet. Workers wear gloves when appropriate, dispose of waste to local council guidance, and launder towels separately where infection control matters.
We do not perform clinical procedures reserved for registered nurses unless your plan explicitly includes nursing and the right clinician is rostered. If we notice skin changes or pain, we encourage you to contact your GP or nurse practitioner.
What to expect during a visit
We knock, wait for your invitation, and confirm the plan for the session. Transfers use techniques agreed with your physiotherapist or occupational therapist where you have one, and we check equipment such as shower chairs and hoists before each use.
At the end of the shift we tidy the bathroom, bag laundry as you prefer, and leave a short note if you want family kept informed.

Where your plan includes high-intensity daily personal activities, we follow the training and supervision rules set out in the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, only rostering workers who meet the competencies for those tasks.
What if I only need personal care after a hospital discharge?
