What is involved
We map routes that suit your mobility equipment, plan rest stops on longer runs to Mandurah or inner Perth, and secure wheelchairs to Australian Design Rule expectations for the vehicle class being used. Workers hold current driver licences for the relevant class and follow road rules set out in WA traffic regulations.
Mileage, tolls, and parking are discussed up front so invoices match the NDIS guidance that applies to your funding line.
What to expect during a trip
We arrive within the agreed window, help you reach the vehicle safely, and check seatbelts or harnesses before moving. Music, conversation, or a quiet ride — your preference leads. At drop-off we hand over to the receiving party you nominate or wait until your appointment finishes if that is funded.
If a vehicle fault appears during the shift, we organise backup transport and let you know who will cover any extra cost under your service agreement.
